We don’t offer standard, run-of-the-mill classes — we offer high-quality training sessions, from group strength training and functional workouts to martial arts.
You can find all our offers and pricing under ‘Prices’ in the menu.
Once your membership is active, you can easily book all classes through our gym app or directly at reception.

Striking
We combine different martial arts such as boxing, kicking techniques, and basic self-defense. Ideal for improving your technique, endurance, and power in a dynamic training environment.

Boxing

WOD

Hyrox

Strongman
Pure strength: functional and powerful movements inspired by Strongman training that build power, stability, and mental toughness.

Superior
Upper-body strength training on machines in small groups, guided by a qualified coach to ensure perfect technique and steady progress.

Legday
Lower-body strength training on machines, also in small groups. A qualified coach ensures proper execution and maximum development.

Mujeres
Strength training designed specifically for women — guided by a qualified coach and focused on building a strong, defined hourglass shape.
